]]>It’s a perfectly normal and innocent picture, that like many pictures on the internet, has a kid in it. The picture is fine. It’s the hysterical, dramatic, overreactive comments you should take down instead. Or as Barbara suggested, pre-screen the comments before they are posted.

No, that’s exploitation of a child. It’s doubtful the little girl understood completely that it wasn’t just a picture you were taking, you were blasting it to millions on the internet by posting it twice, first on Instagram and now on your blog. You did not receive permission from her parents or guardian, and an underage child is not legally able to give consent.
