Nine Favorite Things – Book Tour Edition! I am so excited to finally share the Quick & Cozy BOOK TOUR with you all! This tour has been a massive undertaking, and I want to take a second to give my mom the credit that she deserves here. She’s been working with our teams to pull together this tour day in and day out for the last two months. She’s really taken the time to make sure each city has been planned for success. And now we cannot wait to share the tour dates! All the details are below. Check them out and get your tickets now!

The book has become such a huge focus, especially as we inch closer to the launch – it’s a month away! My feelings are pretty up and down and all over the place. I’m, of course, so excited and can’t wait to share these new recipes with you all. But it’s scary, and honestly, I have a lot of anxious nerves surrounding the launch. I think that’s why I’ve been dragging my feet toward sharing the book tour details; it’s all a little scary and nerve-racking! I know it seems silly, but I want to provide you all with a book that you love, and events you’ll have a wonderful time attending!ย

Ultimately, I know it’s going to be amazing! The holidays are already such an exciting, busy time, so coupling them with the book tour is so fun! I love all the excitement and the hustle! I definitely thrive most when things are busier. Just like my younger brother, Red, I have too much energy!ย

OK, so that’s all the book stuff. Let’s back up quickly to this past week because, wow, it’s been exciting! I was honored to attend the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show with Amazon Luxury. It was such a dream. I grew up watching that show, so having the opportunity to watch Gigi, Bella, Kate Moss, Tyra, and so many more amazing women walk was a pinch-me moment. I never take these opportunities for granted; they are so special!ย

I’m flying home today from Palm Springs, where I spoke at the INC 5000 conference! It’s been a long week of travel, and I’m looking forward to a week at home before heading off again!ย

Enjoy this week’s favorites – we’ve got some fun links and photos to share!

1. Things iโ€™m Loving, wanting, and Excited to Try.

Halloween fun…giant-sized skelly. I saw these in everyone’s yards in Utah while visiting Shae McGee. They areย massive and so cool!ย

everything in my cart (low)โ€ฆso I’m loving J.Crew for cozy pieces right now. They really have some of the cutest pieces! Loving their quilted rugged canvas jacket. Also, they’re currently having a big sale if you want to check that out!

And here’s everything I’m loving from Zara this week. This is such a cute knit cape cardigan. It would be cute styled withย dark washed jeans, theseย knee-high boots, and thisย croc box bag.

ย

listening toโ€ฆSami Spalter: โ€œHow I Lost 80 Poundsโ€ + Her Journey of Strength, Resilience, and Redefining Success.

dreaming of going to…the Hรดtel Royal – Evian Resort in France. I bet this is so pretty around Christmas time!ย

readingโ€ฆHow to Build a Fashion Icon: Notes on Confidence from the Worldโ€™s Only Image Architect by Law Roach. I’ve always loved the way Law styles and can’t wait to learn more about his process through this book. I’ve heard it is really great!ย

shoppingโ€ฆthe Reformationย Cashmere Boyfriend Sweater. I could get this in every color, and some of the striped styles are cute too!ย

And from Guest in Residence…I love their chai color. My mom has this cashmere Oversized Crew and Tailored Trouser in her cart in chai. I got her the black and gray Oversized Crew before they went to Europe. She said she lived in these two sweaters and lounged in these joggers. They’re a really nice quality cashmere.

also for mom…these new Sorel Tivoli V Tall Boot I know she would live in these this winter. And then have to get her the new cozy UGG Tasman Alpine embroidered shearling slippers. And then I found this Cleveland Browns LuxeLoft V-Neck Sweater. She is going to love it.ย ย

everything in my cart (beauty)โ€ฆeveryone is talking about Jan Marini right now and I really want to try their transformation face cream. Has anyone ordered any products?ย

Speaking of moisturizer, the RรฉVive Anti Aging Hand Cream is great for the winter, especially while traveling.ย

And something kind of fun: I sat next to Patrick Ta at the Victoria’s Secret fashion show and asked what product to order first. He said his Major Headlines Double-Take Crรจme & Powder Blush Duo because it is like two products in one.ย ย

everything in my cart (high)โ€ฆLove thisย half suede coat, espesso from Source Unknown. Also, cute the Nili Lotan Kedem Suede Contrast-Collar Parka. Well, wait, there’s this Harrison Corduroy Collar Denim Jacket from Reformation too.ย

I am still so obsessed with the Bottega Veneta andiamo medium intrecciato suede tote.

And Coach! There are so many great Coach pieces this season. I love these Rowyn slingback pumps.

  1. I was looking forward to Short Hills but the event is in Northvale, which is an hour from Short Hills and we canโ€™t make it. Plus I preordered the book already. Does that mean I canโ€™t go to future events without buying another copy?

    1. Hi Maryelle,
You can always come, but a new book will be included in your ticket. You should be able to cancel your preorder pretty easily. I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions! xT

  2. Every single Sunday it absolutely amazes me that people come on here for the sole purpose of complaining, criticizing, giving โ€œhelpfulโ€ unsolicited advice and just generally bad vibes. I think if you make a choice to seek out a website, provided to you as free entertainment and a resource, and you find yourself wanting to critique the author, set your phone down, get outside, take a walk, make yourself a cup of coffee, eat some protein and consider if thatโ€™s who you are as a person.

Tieghan, thank you as always for your thoughtful, fun post!

    1. Confused – I donโ€™t see any hate comments on here? It mostly just appears to be people asking about the book tour.

    2. It amazes me that people like you get even more worked up over it. Don’t read the comments, maybe you wouldn’t get so upset yourself that you comment on it. See? It works both ways.

  3. Hi there! Happy Sunday! Just wanted to say how great all the photos are today. I really love your hair pulled back in the main photo! So sleek and classic!

    1. Hi Lisa,
Thanks so much for reading today and your kind message:) It’s always nice to wear my hair in different styles that I don’t normally do! Happy Fall Sunday! XxT

  4. A piece of advice for the book signing events in the future, you should have made it clear upfront that a ticket that includes a book would be required for your book events. Many of us preordered books and now will not be attending a book signing.

    1. I know me too! I wouldnโ€™t have preordered the book if I would have known that. I was planning to go to a book signing but now I wonโ€™t be.

    2. Hi Presley,
So sorry about that! I think you should be able to cancel your preorder without any issues. I hope this helps! Thanks for your feedback. Have a great week! xT

  5. Oh no! Denver not on the book tour schedule. Love reading all of your content and cooking the recipes in your books and posts. Puts me in the spirit of the respective seasons. Thank you for being such a positive part of my world.

    1. Aww, thank you so much, DeeDee! I appreciate you being here! I hope you love the new cookbook as much as I do! Have the best week! xT

  6. Tieghan, I’m sad you won’t be coming to Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Please consider our city for your next launch. Thank you.

    1. Hi Marline,
So sorry!! I wish I could make a stop everywhere! Maybe in the future:) Wishing you a great Sunday! xT

  7. As always, great content Tieghan! Iโ€™m exited for the new cookbook and all of your future endeavors! Keep letting the good shine through!

    1. Thanks a lot, Paula! I appreciate you being here and your support with the new cookbook! Have a nice fall Sunday! XT

  8. On your instagram stories you said you may share more about the renovations today. I think that post left us all with more questions. What are you doing to the studio that it would take a year or longer to complete? If you aren’t sure where you want to be, why renovate? Where do you want to be?

  9. For the book tour a few weeks ago you listed Denver as a stop. Now it isnโ€™t in the list. Is there a reason you never do any events in your home state?

  10. I am confused about the book tour, I already preordered two books. Would I need to purchase a ticket if I already have a book? I was planning on coming in Dallas, but not if purchasing an additional ticket/book is required.

    1. Hi Chrissy,
Yes, you will still need to purchase a ticket for the tour. If you wanted to cancel your preorder you can do that as well or if you want to bring the extra books I would be happy to sign those too. I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any other questions! xT

    1. Hey Julie!! Trust me I would love to come to Boston! I actually just mentioned that, but sadly there is only so much time and budget! Hoping to be able to add more stops soon. Fingers crossed we can get to more cities after the holidays!! xT

  11. So exciting about the book tour! Sadly you aren’t coming anywhere near me. I will just cross my fingers for some additional stops! Are you still going to share part 2 of your Austin trip? I was really looking forward to that since you said it would be included today!

    1. Hey Elizabeth,
Thanks so much for reading today! Sorry to hear I won’t be stopping anywhere near you! Yes, I still plan to share that, I just wanted to get the book tour things shared since we finalized it! Happy Sunday! XxT

  12. No hometown signings in Denver? Or even Cleveland? So many of your recipes seemed inspired by family and childhood memories Iโ€™m surprised there arenโ€™t any hometown stops!

  13. Always love these posts! Iโ€™m bummed Iโ€™m not going to be in town on the date you are coming to Atlanta. ๐Ÿ™
